VIEWING FLIGHT DOCUMENTS
While planning your flight, you can open a third window on your screen which contains several tabs. Using these, you can view additional flight documents without leaving the menu for Step 1, which makes flight planning faster and more efficient.

- Click in the map toolbar to open the Flight Documents pane.
The button will turn blue. Click it again to hide the pane.
Flight Log
The current flight log is displayed in the Flight Documents window, which allows you to check the essential details of the flight without opening a full briefing pack. You can use the + and - buttons to zoom in and out of the flight log.
You can update the flight log whenever you make changes to the flight plan by clicking Recalculate.
Weight & Balance
The software displays a summary of the W&B calculation and a graph showing the result in relation to the safe operating envelope for your aircraft.
You can use the + and - buttons to zoom in and out of the weight and balance display.

Vertical Profile
A "side-on" view of the flight route is displayed, showing the main routes and routes to alternates together with EDTO/SEOPS information, the height of the terrain and certain weather information such as strong winds and an icing scale. A full legend for the symbols used in the vertical profile is included.
You can use the + and - buttons to zoom in and out of the vertical profile.

Plates
This section contains plates, charts, and other essential information for each airfield listed in the flight plan (when available), including any alternates. They are categorised by their function (Taxi, Approach, etc.) in separate drop-down lists, and are also collated under ALL.
- Click the airfield of interest from the banner, and then click a tile in one of the drop-down lists to view the plate in a floating window, which you can click and drag to relocate it on the screen.
You can open the plate in a new tab in the web browser by clicking in the bottom right of the plate. Close the plate by clicking X in the top right.
Osprey
A map is displayed showing the flight feasibility and risk assessed by Osprey Flight Solutions. You can use the + and - buttons to zoom in and out of the map. There are other tabs in this screen that allow you to view a summary of the risk assessment and a vertical profile of the flight's interaction with risk assessments at all altitudes.
