Travel Document

Select the type of travel document carried by the pilot, and complete the relevant details as shown. This information is used to automatically complete the required forms when filing a flight plan, such as eAPIS, GENDEC and GAR.

Enter the personal information requested including the details of your licence where appropriate. You can also include a Crew Code here which is used by account administrators to manage crew and cabin crew.

To personalise your profile with an image, click Upload Profile Image and follow the instructions in the dialog, dragging the dashed outline to select the part of the image required.
