SETTING UP AND RENEWING YOUR ACCOUNT

Before you can start fully using the software, you need to set up the options on your account.

  1. Click on the Account and Settings drop-down menu (available under More in the main menu).
  2. Proceed with setting up your account using the menus listed on the screen.
    The options for these settings are described below:
    Sign-In Details
    Billing
    Personal Details
    Settings
  3. Click Save at the bottom of the screen at any time to save your settings (this will collapse the sub-menus).

IMPORTANT: On accounts with multiple users, the roles for each user must also be selected by the account administrator in the Crew and Passengers screen.

Renewing Your Account (Private Users)

Your account must be renewed each year (it will not renew automatically). It is best to do this a day or two before the account expires to avoid the chance of any interruption in service.

You can renew your account through the web shop:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Shop in the menu across the top of the screen.
  3. Select the plan for your account (or a new plan if you want to upgrade).
    You can find your current account plan under Billing in the Account and Settings menu.
  4. Click Buy Now and then View Basket.
  5. If you have been given a discount code by the sales team, enter it in the Coupon Code box and then click Apply.
  6. Click Proceed to Checkout and complete the payment for your renewal.

You can also renew your account through iTunes.
