Next Flight

You can quickly and easily create a flight plan for the next stage of a multi-leg trip using the Next Flight feature.

  • Choose a flight plan from the All Flights screen, click ... and then select Next Flight.
A new flight plan is created that follows on from the destination and time of the original flight (the Estimated Off-Block Time (EOBT) is automatically selected to be 30 minutes after the estimated arrival time of the original flight). Other options such as flight rules and flight level need to be manually adjusted for the new flight.

IMPORTANT: Check the figures in the Fuel and W&B calculation carefully as the off-block fuel is automatically set to the landing fuel figure of the previous flight. See this online article for further details.

Generating Briefing Packs

You can generate briefing packs for up to five flight plans at once:

  • Click the box next to each flight that you want to use, and then click  to prepare an individual briefing pack for each flight.
A *.pdf file of the briefing pack(s) will be produced for you to save, view or print in hard copy.

If you select multiple flights, you can also click  to generate a multi-sector briefing pack which contains combined sections to reduce duplication of information wherever possible. See this online article for further details.
